My mom visited recently and noticed a play about Erma Bombeck. I’d never heard of her before and had never been to the Austin Playhouse, but I’m so glad we went. The theater was very intimate, maybe 50 seats total, and the actress was phenomenal. I was blown away by the quality of the performance. I’m excited to see more plays there with friends. Highly recommend!

I've been a season ticket holder for 3 years. I've never been disappointed. The productions are very well done. They do so much with so little. Can't wait until they receive the funds needed to break ground on a new theater.

We were in town for a couple other things and decided to see if there were any community theater productions. What an amazing rendition of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels!

We saw the live performance of the play The Importance of Being Ernest. It was quite joyful. I would highly recommend going and seeing a live performance. How do they remember all those lines ?

Watched Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie and it was great... The show incredible. With a cast of 6 playing over 20 people it was so well done. I would highly recommend this Playhouse. Cookies and refreshments offered for a cheap price...please Tip. Parking was hard to find. ADA wheelchair accessible. Please support them for the good work that they do. Photos provided.
