Nonprofit 501(c)(3) youth football league serving Ashburn and the surrounding Loudoun County, Virginia area since 2000, running instructional tackle football and sideline cheer in the fall, Ultimate Flag football in the spring, and summer camps. Play is organized into four divisions by grade - A (7th-8th), B (5th-6th), C (3rd-4th) and D (K-2nd) - with the youngest division a purely developmental introduction to tackle fundamentals. ★Erin WrightThis has been one of the worst experiences we have had with an "organized" sport. The coach canceled over half of the team practices and then she checked out halfway through the season (for her personally, justifiable). We were supposed to be getting 2-3 one hour practices a week and a game on Saturdays for the season. Weeks went by with no practice at all. The league never even checked in/contacted the parents or let us know what was going on, offered a solution or even tried to resolve the problems our team was experiencing. We were left completely on our own without a coach for our girls. We have contacted the president and the board and their response to us has been very condescending and off-putting. We didn't even receive an apology. What we did receive was the presidents "permission" to move on to another league. We paid $150 for this and nothing our daughter received even adds up to that obscene amount. This was an incredibly unprofessional, disappointing, EXPENSIVE experience.
