This is my daughter’s first year dancing here, and at 4 years old I am amazed at what this studio has done for her confidence and how much she has been embraced as part of this studio family! This December she participated in their production of the Nutcracker! Between the every Saturday rehearsals, in addition to evening rehearsals the week of their performances, I was amazed at the organization, communication, and overall phenomenal production. Backstage was a place where the younger dancers were embraced, taken care of, and kept engaged until it was their turn to perform by the older dancers and Artistic Motion staff. My daughter’s love for dance is growing because of the positivity and enthusiasm poured into her!

The school and teachers have done a wonderful job of fostering a loving and supportive environment and are highly skilled dancers using the Vaganova method. The big girls encourage the little girls, and she also has made great friends among her peers. It truly feels like a family!

The technique that is taught will help those aspiring of professional careers of ballet to achieve, and those dancing for the love and enjoyment of community performances to be safe in their physical development. Having now seen plenty of other studios (nieces/nephews/etc.)- I understand how rare it is to have a company like Artistic Motion. Great people, great community, and great opportunities.
