Had a most enjoyable week with Steve at the pottery studio. It had been 50 years since I worked with clay, so two things were important to me about my week with Steve. (1) He provided a wonderful introduction to using the potter's wheel, and (2) he gave unrestricted access to the studio for as much practice as I wanted to do, which allowed me to just play with the clay and to get a "feel" for working with it. Fantastic!!! My wife and I took two teen granddaughters and their cousin to Art Escape for a break from skiing. It was amazing!! We all had SO much fun they didn't want to leave. Steve was really engaging and encouraging. He creates a very relaxing and creative environment. The studio is in a beautiful spot and with the snow falling outside and the bubbling fountains inside made from the pieces Steve made - it truly feels like a sanctuary . It was a really great and memorable family activity and I would highly, highly recommend it.
