Powered by GoogleWe have been attending the push the limits class for over 2 years and absolutely love Miss Kathy and amiss Elyse!
Art Amore has been a huge part of our daughter’s life for the past decade. She has taken classes with Ms. Kathy and Ms. Elise all these years, and even now she still says art class day is her favorite day of the week. Their studio has done so much more than teach technique. They have encouraged her, challenged her creatively, and nurtured her confidence and joy in art. Thanks in part to their support, she now attends an AISD fine art magnet school and plans to pursue art school after graduation. What truly sets Art Amore apart is the safe and inclusive space they create where every child feels welcome and able to thrive. And as an added bonus, the shop dogs are always a favorite with the kids. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience here. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Elise are shaping lives, not just teaching art, and we are deeply grateful for the impact they have had on our daughter and so many other children.
We had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it was amazing! A lovely studio environment, and the kids had a blast with the art projects. 10/10 would recommend!
My child attended classes with Ms. Kathy & Ms. Elise at Art Amore for several years before we moved away from Austin. They are creative, caring, wonderful people who truly enjoy sharing art and STEAM activities with children. They take the time to get to know each child and choose activities that will help the children grow and discover new things. The STEAM-related "Tinker" classes are great fun and a great way for children to explore science and engineering concepts in a safe, welcoming, and FUN environment. From traditional drawing, cartooning, clay, and painting to fun with cookie decorating and experiments with squishy circuits and bubble painting, look no further for a perfect after-school activity, summer camp, or enrichment program.
