If you've never been in their system, the first visit is free for adults. There was no time limit. And the sauna was wonderful. ★★★★Lezli MuseLarge area full of fitness machines and weights. I had my own trainer and I am not sure where their trainers are as I only saw 2 employees in the fitness room. It has the typical classes you can attend as well as the pool. The warm water pool is great but closes at 1pm on weekends. They do not allow guests. They used to allow one guest with a member. It is $10 per day for a guest. I think it's a nice place but I enjoy being able to go somewhere that is not as crowded and open all the time.
