★J MCOur experience with swim lessons here was not the gentle, Red Cross approach we were led to believe it was. My 3y.o. was dropped under the water before she was ready and left her first lesson in tears, begging to go home. Two months later, we are still working with her to heal the damage, and it breaks my heart to see her fear when she would normally be happily playing and exploring. As heartbreaking as our experience was, it was only compounded by management's avoidance of all my attempts to discuss this. When an organization is told that their actions have harmed a child, and they refuse to even have a conversation with the parents about it, that is a huge red flag. I would encourage parents to use caution when looking to entrust their children with this organization.
