Staff is friendly and eager to assist. Facilities are clean and generally the crowd is laid back. I would recommend calling ahead on weekends if taking littles to make sure you don't overlap a birthday party. They section off some of the easier auto belay climbs for those. Rental shoes and harnesses are available, clean, and in great condition.

I found the bouldering grades to be pretty much spot on with comfortable floor to crash on. The staff was helpful and respectful through the orientation. At $23 for a day pass it is worth a visit.
