Powered by GoogleIf you have a toddler and are looking for the perfect Mommy & Me class, look no further. The environment here is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun for both kids and parents. At two years old, our daughter is soaking up everything, and the coaches understand exactly how to channel that energy. The gymnastics elements are age-appropriate and engaging, but the real magic is what’s happening underneath. All of the coaches are intentional about fostering gross motor development, body coordination, and spatial awareness in ways that feel like pure play to the kids. Cognitively, the structured activities build focus, sequencing, and cause-and-effect understanding, all critical at this developmental stage. The social piece matters too: learning to take turns, follow simple directions, and build confidence in a group setting are skills that carry far beyond the gym. What makes it special for parents is that you’re right there alongside your child. The coaches do a wonderful job guiding moms (and dads!) on how to support and encourage without overstepping, so the parent-child bond is actively strengthened every class. Our daughter lights up the moment we walk through the door. That says everything. A special thank you to Tracy and Christie, who are exceptional in every sense. Their enthusiasm, patience, and skill with this age group are what truly set this place apart. Five stars. We could not recommend this place more highly. Ok
CONSISTENCY! Aerials has become my daughter’s home away from home- her constant- her favorite space. An Aerials athlete from the age of 1 (starting in a parent and me class ) to now- 14 years later- as a level 10 she is still excited to grow in, be challenged by and love her chosen sport. Aerials has partnered with me (as parent) to foster her as not only an athlete and teammate but also as a young lady who understands work ethic, persistence, grit, failing forward, celebrating success and defining authentic self. The bonus- low coach turnover! The Aerials Team program has offered her consistency in coaching and progression from day 1! She sees and knows the same faces and they know her; her progress remains on a steady and upward trajectory of challenge paired with success. The mental toughness training, self assessment and goal setting as well as air awareness training for optionals athletes enhances the overall gymnast experience.
My son was in two class levels at this place. The first one was great, he was in a class with mostly 5-7 year olds. He had a lot of fun and his teacher was wonderful. When he moved up to the next class with older kids after turning 8, there was a lot of bullying in the class. He had a different teacher and this teacher did nothing about the bullying at all. We just pulled our son out of the class because of this. Even though we had a great experience with the first age group class, I unfortunately can’t recommend this place.
I had such a great experience here as a level 5 gymnast at Aerials! The coaches are incredibly supportive and always push you to do your best while still making practices fun. They really care about each gymnast and want everyone to grow and feel confident in their skills. The girls on the team are also super welcoming and kind, which made it really easy to feel like part of the team. Being here had a big impact on me, not just in gymnastics but in confidence and friendships too. I’m really grateful for the time I spent here and all the memories I made. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone interested in gymnastics! ❤️🤸♀️
We recently attended a trial class at this gymnastics center for my 4-year-old daughter. I want to start by saying that the facility itself is very nice. It’s clean, well-maintained, and there’s a great viewing area for parents to comfortably watch their children during class. The environment feels welcoming at first glance. Unfortunately, our experience in the beginner class was disappointing. My daughter is brand new to gymnastics, and it quickly became clear that this class may not be suited for true beginners. Many of the other girls appeared to have prior experience and were confidently swinging on the bars and moving through stations independently. As a first-timer, my daughter didn’t know what to do and needed more guidance. I felt sad watching her stand there unsure and largely ignored while other girls received a lot of attention and assistance. At four years old, especially in a beginner class, I expected more hands-on instruction and encouragement for children who are just starting out. This seems like a nice gym for children who already have some experience, but based on our trial, I wouldn’t recommend it for a child who is completely new to gymnastics. I just wish my daughter had received a little more support to help her feel confident and included.
