A staff member gave the climbers instructions and offered them help from staff if needed. The climbers were respectful of the facility and of other climbers and often offered assistance to others. Our kids wanted to return the next day as they had such a good time and felt so good about their accomplishments. We were at the Milwaukee location on Commerce St as they have automatic ropes as well as independent belay climbs and bouldering.
