The Academy of Children's Theatre (ACT) is a Shreveport youth musical-theatre program teaching performance techniques, technical theatre skills, team building, and responsibility. It offers summer programming alongside school-year drama classes and youth productions. Scholarships are available and the nonprofit states it never turns a child away for inability to pay.
