We just celebrated my 8 year old's birthday at Abstract in Motion. I've thrown quite a few kid's birthday parties these past years and I've got to say this was one the best. Eric made the experience so much fun for all the kids. Eric was so involved in every aspect, from safety talks to playing the games with the kids. All the kids walked away saying they had the best time and that it was the best party they've been to.

Great place for kid’s birthday party or just for kids to have fun, climb and learn new skills. Eric works hard to make sure the kids all have fun and feel safe. We will be back many more times!

Love the positive vibe this business puts out to everyone who enters their doors. We had a great experience with my son's birthday party! You can feel the passion the trainers have for what they do! Lots of smiles all the time!

My two boys that are 9 & 6 love the experience of visiting the gym. They also really enjoy taking what they learn to the natural landscape and playgrounds.

I’ve been coming to Abstract In Motion for almost 8 years now. I was 12 when I started and now I’m almost 20. I may be a full time instructor now, but I was a student for a very long time. Eric taught me everything I know, and now I’m expanding my knowledge of parkour and life while simultaneously teaching younger generations this amazingly abstract sport that keeps you both mentally and physically strong.
