I came for a straps class and it was well structured with an amazing instructor that was very talented. Class started with a nice warm up and stretch, then into fundamental practices & ending with a fun combo. I had so much fun with everyone else in class. The space has high ceiling and plenty of space for everyone to learn and play. The apparatuses felt safe and secure with some amazing rigging put in place. I’ve always heard great things about A&G and I’m so glad I made it to this location- I feel like I’m being taught by highly trained professionals here. 👏 Highly recommend for all things aerial.
