I will start by saying Ms. Abi was an absolute joy. Our daughter loved working with her and her level of communication about various activities and opportunities for the kids was great!! My main issue comes from the back office staff/leadership. Having worked in after-school programming for years, the lack of enrollment assistance, miscommunication, and dismissive attitudes is beyond upsetting. Without going into extensive detail, I have less than a month to find an after-school program for my child after already paying the enrollment fee. Attempts to speak with anyone have not been answered. Instead I receive emails at eob. I hope that their central office sees this and makes some much needed changes. We won't be using their services again.

Miss Chris is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about her kids and supports them before and after school. My son attended the program throughout his elementary years. This was the one place I knew he was safe and supported and lifted up to be the best version of himself he could be. If he had a hard day, she helped him turn it around- if he had a good day she patted him on the back. Nutritious breakfast and after school snacks - along with reading and homework opportunities, games and spacious engagement activities. This program deserves more than 5 stars!!!
