★Mike LubecYs Kids was cancelled by our school last year for the upcoming year. What did YWCA administration do? They retaliated and cut their program before the end of the school year with no prior notice, in email sent Friday effective Monday, with the lamest excuse (college students are leaving early, sorry). At the time, I was new at my company with no PTO during probationary period I had a panic attack at work with the fear that I was gonna lose my job. There was no available childcare in late May so I had ask work for an exception and take unpaid time off! I lost hundreds of dollars in wages. These people have the audacity to come at me for $40 bill they calculated and claim that I owe! They should be ashamed with what they have done to parents and kids and instead of writing things off to make up for the undue stress and financial burden they caused they are harassing for the past year threatening with collections! If there are any donors out there please know this is how this organization operates! Do you want to keep donating and supporting this kind of tone deaf administration? Here you go! Its not that I cant pay that $40! Its UNFAIR and morally wrong for you to claim you are still owed anything after what you did to us working parents.

They teach english to foreigners they even have small buses that they use to pick people up for activities classes or programs at no extra charge. They do have scholarships so everyone can become a member they also make sure clients get taken home after programs. They do silver sneakers program. Its not just a place for women all are welcome.
