My child was slammed to the ground by another child . My child asked to call parents the staff ignored him . Had to go to the er to get looked over and sent home to monitor for concussion . 3 days later a child chucked a chair at my son’s head . Again was not called . Leaving a gash and markes on the side of my child’s face and back . It was also brought to my attention by staff that they have talked to Kaitlyn the director about this these specific children and every time got brushed off . So yes even there staff knows this is a on going problem and still never mentioned it . Clearly because who would put there child in an environment like that . Also got told these incidents happens to another parent and that also got brushed off . This place is known for deleting reviews and hiding things that go on . When spoke to Mike ceo we were told maybe this place is just not a good fit . Had a single person asked if my son was or is okay ? No . Shows how much they really do care about children .we specifically picked this place for it being Christian based and for the price that come with 3 children a week nearly 650* you would rest assured you’re children would be in good hands . I’m afraid that is not the case here . When when asked for a action plan to avoid this in the future we got told they were unable to provide us with such informed due to hippa with the other child . I wanted a plan so I could know MY child would be safe they were unable to provide even that .
