Overnight YMCA camp on Lake Ocoee in the Cherokee National Forest, where campers whitewater raft, kayak, rock climb, mountain bike, paddleboard, play paintball and take overnight campouts. Sessions run one week at a time for boys and girls ages 7-17, who stay in 22 open-air cabins housing 8-12 campers each. Operating since 1923 and run by the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga, the camp's flagship Ranger program is taught with a Christian emphasis.
