The Yaquina Bay Yacht Club in Newport, founded in 1947, runs youth sailing classes in summer in partnership with the Oregon Boating Foundation, plus a high-school sailing program in spring. Youth programming serves Lincoln County students in roughly grades 8-12.

Perfect place for our 50th class reunion, plenty of room and great view of the bay.
Our Rotary club had our annual bbq dinner there again. This is a great place to have an event for you group or business.
I’ve been a member and officer of this club for many years so of course I’m biased when I give it high praise, but I’m amazed by some of these reviews by people who have never had any dealings with the club yet offer their opinions. The ones that give three stars make it obvious by what they say that they know nothing about it. Come to a meeting and see what we’re about!
The club has general meetings the 3rd Saturday of the month. One should come to the pot lucks and meet all the great people in the club, enjoy the good food and get to know what the club has to offer.
