Youth baseball camps run by the Yakima Valley Pippins, a West Coast League collegiate summer team, at Yakima County Stadium. The Pippins offer four two- or three-day skills camps each spring and summer covering pitching, offense and defense, with games every day, two ticket vouchers to an upcoming game, and a slip-n-slide pizza party on the final day. Camps run 9am-noon or 9am-2pm for ages 6-16, split into groups and coached by Pippins staff and players, at $45-$65 per camper per day. The club also runs year-round indoor clinics and one-day pitching clinics.

Best firework show I've seen in years! Parking was chaos, as to be expected.
Long wait to get in but overall it was a great time
This is a fun, little, local baseball field. I watched the Yakima Valley Pippens play and I used to watch the Yakima Bears play here. There is not a bad seat in the place, mostly because they are all close to the action. There are good concessions and the kind of amenities you would expect a professional baseball stadium to have. If you want to watch some good college.level baseball and you are in Yakima, WA. Tbis is the place to go.
There is no better outing with the kids than a Pippins game. Inexpensive tickets for entertainment that lasts for hours. Eat prior to coming to save money and snack on stadium foods. From beer and burgers to quesadillas and red ropes. Bounce houses if the kids lose interest or need to burn off some excess energy. The young players are more than happy to talk with young fans. An all around good time.
