I’ve had such a good experience here. It’s a laid back vibe but the choreography and dance instruction is extremely unique/professional. I decided to write a review after going here for a while because 1. They deliver consistently high-level instruction and 2. Because the owner and many instructors go above and beyond to help get you to your dance goals. Kasondra has worked with me after hours off the clock to help with some Choreo. Vanessa worked with me on a discounted class pack they were offering because I was pregnant and about to have my baby. I feel like that level of care and compassion for the clients speaks volumes about how they foster community and value everyone’s personal progress. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive place to dance!

We absolutely love being part of the xcape dance family! My daughter loves her teachers and always looks forward to classes. Vanessa runs an absolutely amazing and accepting space for kids and adults alike to express themselves through dance. Everyone is accepting and positive role models for the students they teach. Xcape Dance Academy is not only a dance studio, it is the non judgmental safe space where healing, education, fun, growth, and excitement happen. The vision of the Owner and Director, Vanessa Fuller, is felt through the students, the teachers, and the families of both. I started dancing 3 years ago with Xcape, after not dancing for over a decade, and the dedication of growth, the support that’s given, the encouragement, and the training that is provided from Vanessa, and all the teachers, has helped me become closer to my personal and professional goals. Xcape is a place where kids feel safe to be creative and expressive and learn focus, discipline, teamwork, while increasing their self esteem, creating community, and winning competitions with each other. This so the best dance studio in all of Oregon. Not only because of the high level of danceinf, but because of the sense of community for all genders, abilities, colors and family backgrounds! My daughter is autistic and she feels so loved by everyone at Xcape. The teachers are kind, respectful and challenging. We love it here
