The Wyoming Dinosaur Center in Thermopolis is a paleontology museum and active fossil dig site that runs summer youth programs. Its Kids' Dig gives ages 6-13 two days of prospecting, digging and fossil prep; Dig for a Day is open to ages 3 and up with a guardian; and older kids can join the Dinosaurs Academy. Programs run from late May through mid-September.

★★★★★Olivia DuezI really love how they built the entire dinosaur but would have the bones labeled as to what was real and what wasn't. They even had in the description what was a replica of a real one that wasn't there. In the real plastered remains they would have everything labeled so you wouldn't get confused (for the dinosaurs that weren't laid out in the "correct" postions). If you have children, friends, or family who are really into dinosaurs I highly recommend taking them in to look around. My only complaint would be the lack of unique adult t-shirts.

No wait time, accessible, and informative. Restrooms were clean and had pretty awesome artwork, and they had a little concession area too.
