The pool, oh the pool! It has a two story slide and a hot tub. A two story rock wall for climbing, cardio and weight area. Pickle ball and more!!! Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff.

MOST OF THE STAFF ARE RUDE Facilities are what they are. Basketball court needs renovated. Sauna is a plus. But please don't run late by leaving anytime past 8 o'clock (not even 8:05 when I left) The staff who mostly sit around all day will act like they got done working a 12 hour manual labor job. They will bark and rudely rush you while your actively trying to get dressed and leave. God forbid someone try their best to squeeze a fitness session in after an actual hard day at work.

My daily workouts were a highlight of my day while I was traveling here. I liked how the front desk staff were always friendly and recognized me. The locker rooms are a nice layout and with 4 showers, there is typically 1 available. The layout of the workout equipment made sense and it was good amount based on the number of people so it was also available. I requested wanting to do an hour on the stairmaster and the adjustment to make this possible was done within a day. I liked using the hot tub for recovery after my workout but when it was closed, you literally had to go right up to the pool area to know that; there could have been a sign by the front desk, a sign entering the locker room, etc. but there was just a sign on the door AFTER completely going through the locker room where realistically one had already changed.

I'm an out of town visitor. I was so pleased to hear for a nominal fee I could shower here. Staff was super friendly and facilities were clean and water hot and untimed. Much appreciated!
