Our experience with the White Knoll Youth Football Organization, specifically the 10U defensive coaching staff and leadership, was extremely disappointing. My son was repeatedly denied meaningful practice reps and tackle opportunities because coaches said he was “already too good” and didn’t need the work. No child should be excluded from development opportunities, especially at the youth level where practice and growth should matter for every player. Favoritism and “daddy ball” were obvious throughout the season, and concerns about it were even acknowledged by the head coach. Too many decisions appeared to revolve around personal relationships instead of fairness, effort, or player development. Practices were poorly organized, often starting late, with kids standing around for long stretches doing little to nothing instead of receiving actual instruction or conditioning. As parents, it was frustrating watching valuable practice time constantly wasted. The most concerning part was the conduct from adults involved in the organization, including the president. Instead of handling parent concerns professionally, there were situations where parents were approached aggressively in the parking lot after voicing complaints about the program. That type of behavior is completely inappropriate for a youth sports organization and sets a terrible example for the kids involved. Youth football should be about teaching discipline, teamwork, accountability, and helping every child improve. Unfortunately, our experience here was the complete opposite. Hopefully leadership takes these concerns seriously and makes changes that truly put the kids first.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst flag football league I've ever signed my child up for. Poorly run by a biased unprofessional president, very unorganized, terrible communication. The only positive feedback I have is that Coach Rudy was an amazing coach. Even with all the odds stacked against us from the very beginning he taught the kids so much about football, made it fun for them, and made sure they held their heads up high especially after some really absurd situations. We will not be returning.

My son has Coach Q and Coach Jackson, they are really good. They are fun but disciplined as well which is good for today's youths. My son enjoys playing with his team and has made strides since this is his first time playing football. We will stay with the team as long as we can!

One of the worst football experiences ever. Coaches and cheerleader coaches and the president are very rude to the parents. There secretary to get the money ney for playing was very rude to patents and other people that came to watch the game. Not a great atmosphere for your children at all.
