With such a lengthy waiting list, it seems their focus is more on maintaining high numbers than providing a quality experience. If you’re dissatisfied with how they communicate or how unwelcoming the environment can feel, you’re left with little recourse, because there’s always someone else ready to take your place. It gives the impression that individual member experience is not a priority.

We left for a few years, but then came back. She's now a high level gymnast and these coaches helped her regain lost skills so quickly!! My daughter also LOVES her coaches. They really care about the kids and wanting to see the kids reach goals and succeed, all while maintaining a clean, safe, encouraging atmosphere! I wouldn't have my daughter anywhere else in the area!!
