This is a horrible gym in general. They messed up my classes 4 times. Since I was very skilled, I was the only one in my class. Just me! When they found this out, they pulled me out and put me in a lower level because they didn’t was my to have a private.

I tried to sign my granddaughter up for classes a few days ago last Wednesday on 9/17/25 but I was met with a woman on the phone who kept repeatedly telling me “We only accept cash” and told me that they no longer accept any checks or credit cards. I thought it was a misunderstanding because I have friends who currently have their own grandchildren in these same classes and they told me that this gym does indeed accept checks and credit cards, so I tried asking this woman on the phone if I could possibly speak with her manager or the gym’s owner about it to clear this up with them but this woman kept angrily shouting at me “I am the owner!! If you have any problems, you’re only speaking to me!” Before she hung up on me.

I’m so bummed with this facility. I’ve had 3 birthday parties here and this last one in July will be the last until the air conditioning gets fixed. The kids were so hot, red, and sweaty. It was too hot. This place has amazing potential for parties but it just seems there’s no rush to get the air conditioning fixed. I’m honestly surprised people are still going here for gymnastics class.

Went there for birthday party it was awesome its very huge place with lots of jumping ropes and all gymnastics stuff for kids , aria for food little bit small but its very nice for the price
