These strengths provide a supportive environment for young athletes. Over the past few years, however, I’ve noticed a slight decline in overall coaching performance, particularly within the Recreational division. Since this level relies heavily on volunteer coaches—often parents with limited soccer knowledge—there can be less structure and rigor in practices. Sessions are sometimes canceled for minor weather conditions, and a relaxed atmosphere can allow socializing to take precedence over skill development. While fostering friendships is valuable, it is equally important to maintain focus on cultivating player growth, especially for those aiming to progress to more competitive levels. A more consistent approach to training, additional support and resources for volunteer coaches, and clear expectations for practice commitment could help ensure that the Recreational program continues to prepare players for advanced play while keeping the experience fun and inclusive

But Portapotties the biggest downfall! they were disgustingly overfull and smelled terrible on 8/26/2023 for soccer tournament. The smell could be smelled well into the lower soccer fields!! And should be more for the number of people attending. !!
