★★★★★Laura WeaverWe have taken our son here for private lessons. Our son has come a long way with his skill level! We drive 45 min to bring him here and it has been well worth it. We are military and just moved to area almost 2 years ago. Our son always played basketball. But, expressed an interest in switching to baseball. He played last season and was subpar as compared to the talent in area. This effected his confidence to play. We decided to do 5 private lessons with West FL Baseball Academy and WOW! Our son is really good now! He contributes to the team and this has really boosted his confidence! He is now loving the sport. When I saw this place has no reviews I felt I needed to share our experience. Yesterday, our son played 2 games. He hit the ball 3 times, stole 4 bases and came to home plate 3 times plus sent 2 people home. Last season he could not do that! He use to always strike out or walk to first. Now he is one of the better hitters on the team. He also has improved in the field and usually is positioned at 2nd plate the first season he played he was usually in outfield I think in area that doesn’t get much action. Basketball is my sport I am just now starting to get familiar with baseball so forgive me if I worded his performance with wrong terminology. Lol Thank you West FL Baseball Academy! Your coaches teach in a positive, motivating manner and are knowledgeable! It has been a wonderful experience for our son!
