Waves Hawaii Surf School is a family-run surf school at Kalama Park in Kihei offering group, semi-private and private lessons plus a three-day surf camp and progression. From start to finish it was one of the greatest experiences we’ve ever had. The safety tips before getting suited up, the training off the water and little tips after we would fall made the experience a blast. By the end of the 2 hours we were catching waves pretty much by ourselves. We recommend booking with them if you have a 2 hour slot and are willing to learn! Also have to thank the photographer (T-Snake), that was there working with the schools and instructors, for capturing our favorite moments!!
