This is a sweet little community center that hosts a wide range of classes in the evenings. I love the evening dance classes!
My daughters go to taekwondo and they love it. The instructor its awesome and my daughters learn lots of good things, I do recommend it. Thank you.
I wish I could say more about the Washington Fruit Community Center (WFCC), except that my experience there is limited. They do seem to offer a number of services that seem targeted at improving the community. Many are targeted at children with after school programs--bingo, soccer, zumba, summer day camps, and many others. All in all WFCC is a great asset to the north side of Yakima, an area that is in dire need. Despite all that it does do for the area, Washington Fruit as an organization, along with most of the other warehouses--especially also Borton's--are doing too little too late. For all that those people who toil in miserable work conditions do for them, this is a pittance.
Organized and seems committed to providing community spaces and support. Love Kim and the overall energy - thank you!
