Great place.. clean, friendly staff:) I have my teenage sons BDay parties here and it’s always perfect for the kids to play sports.

Sons Baseball team reserved weekly spots for winter practices. Jay has been very helpful during this and getting us ready to use the space, and his wife immediately set up a spot for my daughter to play while we met. Super friendly atmosphere and big clean space. Can easily see how this would be useful for any sports to play and practice, birthday parties, and private lessons and rentals. Highly recommend the Warehouse and the owners.

We’ve been bringing our boys to Warehouse Sports and Performance for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. They genuinely look forward to their sessions, especially when working with Coach Caz, who brings the right balance of discipline, encouragement, and expertise. He has a gift for connecting with kids—holding them accountable while also making them feel seen and supported. There’s a noticeable improvement in our boys’ strength, coordination, and overall confidence since starting. The facility itself is clean, organized, and well-equipped. There’s enough space for group sessions without feeling overcrowded, and the programming appears to be thoughtfully structured—focusing on proper form, functional movement, and age-appropriate strength training. It’s clear that the staff takes their work seriously and understands what young athletes need to grow safely and effectively. That said, there’s one dynamic that stands out during every visit—a group of overweight dads sitting around, casually critiquing their kids as they train. It’s hard not to notice the irony. You hear comments like “he needs to push harder” or “she’s not focused enough,” often coming from men who clearly haven’t exercised in years. Meanwhile, their kids are in the middle of tough sets, pushing sleds, sweating through reps, and giving it their all. What’s unfortunate is that these dads could be setting the example by showing—not just telling—their kids what hard work and discipline look like. Instead, they’re watching from the sidelines with their arms crossed, offering unsolicited coaching cues without participating themselves. Kids are far more likely to follow what we do, not just what we say. Modeling effort, consistency, and humility would go a lot further than sideline commentary. To be clear, this isn’t a knock on the facility or coaching—it’s more of a cultural observation. The environment would be even stronger if more parents took the opportunity to be active role models. Maybe it’s something for the gym to consider: adding an optional adult workout session that runs concurrently with the kids’ training. Not only would that free up some floor space from loitering, but it would also create a more inspiring atmosphere for everyone involved. If you’re considering Warehouse Sports and Performance for your child, I’d absolutely recommend it. The coaching is top-tier, the programming is sound, and kids are getting real physical development—not just being “babysat” while they run around. Just keep in mind: the best results happen when parents lead from the front. So if you’re going to bring your kids here to train hard, maybe throw on some sneakers yourself. You might be surprised what that example does for them.

Great space for a team practice on short notice during a tournament rain out. Friendly and accommodating, great price, definitely worth it.
