Waikiki Yacht Club in Honolulu runs one of Hawai'i's oldest junior sailing programs (since 1947), including eight summer sessions of one to two weeks plus fall/spring learn-to-sail. No experience is needed for the intro program, which progresses through El Toros, Open Skiffs, Lasers and Club 420s to intermediate and advanced racing.

★★★★Mary AraoWent there on a Wednesday about 12p. You need to be a member or know a member to use facilities...i was not the member. Located in Ala moana Beach park closest to waikiki intersection. Members have their own free parking. Numerous free parking in beach park area if you are not a member. I like the surround vibe, however there needs to be some cleaning around ceiling yacht flags. I had the caprese blt with onion rings.... liked the flavor. Nice place to hang out with friends if you have an opportunity.

No Bueno...you cannot be filling in your own tips, especially on a credit card receipt. It's illegal to do so. 11th Hour Band did a Fantastic job...good entertainment.

Staff is incredibly friendly and has a great memory of all the members. For food I recommend the Reuben and the Creme Brulee. Prices are very reasonable for both food and alcohol.
