My son participated in the Player Development Program at Grady’s from December 2025 through February 2026, and the experience was outstanding. Going into the program, I was honestly unsure how things would go. He had broken his elbow last summer and had been in rehab when it was time to start training. The coaches did an incredible job building his confidence and helping him safely rebuild his mechanics. They worked with him to adjust his throwing motion so he’s no longer throwing side-arm, which was likely a contributor to his injury. Over the course of the program we saw noticeable improvements in his pitching velocity, hitting exit speed, and overall fielding skills. What impressed me most was how excited and confident he felt by the end of the program. He walked away energized for the upcoming spring travel season and feeling much more confident about his opportunities playing at the high school level next year. The coaching staff was fantastic, communication was great throughout the program, and the facility itself is top-notch. We’re incredibly grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Grady’s to any player looking to grow and develop their game.

Joining Velocity and the VIP program has been a great decision for our son. He started with Mike in fall 2024 as a freshman throwing in the low 80s and has now touched 90. The velo is great, but how he got there was even better. From PT evaluations, prioritizing rest, teaching recovery, working around his busy schedule as a multi-sport athlete, and so much more, Mike and his staff are the best! They have earned our son’s trust and hopefully will be a big part of helping him achieve his goals. Not only did his velo increase, his confidence and command on the mound did as well. We couldn’t ask for a better facility or staff to train our son.

State of the are facilities and training equipment. Best instruction from coaches that care about developing athleteS from all levels. There off season training is amazing and they played a large part in forming my son to the NCAA athlete he is. Even as a catcher he learned so much and improved as a catcher no only with the actual fundamentals of catching but the knowledge he learned to be able to understand pitching mechanics to help his pitchers!! He loves going back any chance he gets. Live pens, and live off season at bats... This place is the real deal. Lots of HARD WORK, FUN & PASSION FOR THE GAME A BASEBALL!! ⚾

Awesome, state-of-the-art facility with superb coaching staff providing private, group and camp baseball instruction along with high level pitching programs for elite baseball training. Very clean and well-maintained training area and equipment that also includes well-stocked weight training and cardio area and upstairs observation deck. I love taking my boys there to improve their skills.
