VB KidFit is a children's fitness center in Virginia Beach, Virginia that runs a summer fitness day camp for ages 5-10, roughly 8:30am-2:30pm with optional late pickup. Campers play games and build strength and skills using the gym's rock walls, climbing ropes, obstacle course, slide and interactive projector, with camps also offered on school breaks and holidays.

From booking, the communication was clear and thorough; they asked so many great questions and gave me such confidence! (We had never been here before so I had no clue what to expect). On party day, they had everything ready for us when we got there, all we had to do was show up! They were ready to help unload my car when I got there but again, I didn’t have to do/bring much. They even found a kid friendly playlist that went with the party theme, all these extra details I didn’t even think to ask for! The instructors were great with the kids, keeping them engaged and on schedule. We opted for the obstacle course and the kids all loved it! There was a dedicated space for the little ones (our group ranged ages 3-11) which was also really nice. The 2 hours flew by and the instructors helped rally the kids for a group photo and then over to get socks/shoes on their way out the door. It was truly a great experience for everyone, 10/10 highly recommend!
