Powered by GoogleWe attended the trial class for parent and tot keep in mind my daughter is only 18 months old. There is very little communication between parents and teacher. No first timer instructions. I was left to follow the lead of the one other parent there. During the trampoline section after no instruction besides “forward jump” or “backwards jump” I allowed my daughter to jump. Following along with the other parent I stayed at one end of the trampoline assuming my daughter would be safe with the teacher who was on the trampoline and each kid went one at a time. The teacher Lexi watched / walked behind my daughter as she fell off the trampoline landing on her head and on the metal bar on the ground. I ran over and scooped my daughter up to check on her. Lexi never once asked if she was okay nor apologized for letting her fall. If you sign up for this class be warned your child’s safety is not their priority nor do they seem to have compassion.
If you know you have injuries from a car accident, maybe you should not be coming to gymnastics. This is a great place, the injuries from the previous client is their own fault. And the parents fault for letting her come to gymnastics. The negligence is due to the parent. 100% not this gym. Safety is first 100% don’t come to gymnastics if you were in a Car accident without a doctor releasing you. The parent needs to do better as a human and a mother. The mother is just looking for a get rich quick scheme.
Very little communication with parents, at the lower levels at least. And then my daughter came out of her class crying, saying her foot hurt but the instructor made her keep finishing the exercises anyway . X-ray showed that she had a broken toe. No calls or emails to check on her. I get that they’re in business to make money, but as long as the payments were coming out, they didn’t ask about her.
My son has been coming here twice a week for the past several months for their TNT class. He recently expressed that he wanted to quit bc he has a hard time focusing in class (group settings). My son has high functioning autism and ADHD. I called the front desk and spoke to Sherry to see if we could drop his classes and do private lessons instead. She stated that we would still need to keep a class and I would need to speak to the coach myself to see if they would even be able to facilitate this request. She never once asked who the student was and I would think by being a gym owner you would want to keep the business. The proper way to handle this would be for her to inquire with her employee herself to see if they could facilitate this. If you're not looking to do Cheer or TNT check out Gold Medal Gymnastics instead. Their staff is way more helpful and the vibes there are definitely more pleasant. They unfortunately do not offer a trampoline class so Se La Vie.
Our children have been attending various classes at USA since they were old enough to get on the mats. It's given them great experiences, new friends and exercise beyond any other. 100% love it.
