As an older adult, joining UYP has been an amazing experience. It is a great place to train and learn parkour, flips, and tricks at any age. It feels like a blessing to have found a place that welcomes adults into acrobatics training. After about half a year of parkour and other classes, my movement and coordination skills have significantly improved. This has improved my health and quality of life. UYP has several very skilled instructors, each with their own strengths and experience to learn from. They are kind and do their best to keep students safe while still helping them make gradual progress. UYP also hosts competitions for both youth and adults, which are inspiring to watch.

The MOST fun! Our son has been going to UYP or several years - and will continue for many more I suspect! Incredible exercise, great balancing and strength skills being learned, great camaraderie, great environment. Leadership matters - and Jessica makes sure she’s not only providing the most fun environment, she’s doing it with the very best coaches. UYP has the best trained, most encouraging, most consistent coaches in any activity our kiddo has ever participated in. Consistency matters more than you might think - when you have an activity that’s potentially dangerous if not performed properly or safely, getting all the coaches on the same page delivering the same message in the same way matters. Jessica hires only the best, most encouraging team members. Not only is the activity amazing, the environment is second to none. Give it a try! You won’t regret it!

My children both started classes at Urban Youth Park in Nocatee and they love it. The coaches are amazing with the kids, patient, energetic, and so encouraging. It’s such a great outlet for them to burn energy, build confidence, and learn new skills in a really fun environment. The facility is super clean and organized, and the staff always makes us feel welcome. We’re really grateful to have a place like this in the community. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a positive, active space for their kids!

My son Liam is in the home school class on Wednesdays, I’ve only had a chance to attend twice but I am so impressed with everything I’ve seen. All the coaches I’ve seen are so great and so patient with the kids and really go out of their way to address all the kids by name. I was blown away by Coach Felix the first class I saw, the way he was so engaging and encouraging. Liam loves Coach Pops and looks forward to every Wednesday.

Coach Pops is awesome! He helps out a lot and is really enthusiastic, kind, and caring. Coach Eric is very kind and is good at giving tips to improve my skills. Coach Santiago is really cool, enthusiastic, and helps out a lot and encourages me when I'm scared of a big jump. Coach Jordon is the one who will encourage you on a jump and will be so happy when I make it. Coach Nik is very kind and caring and can help you with what you need. He spots me when I need it. I like all of my coaches. I am always excited to come to the gym. D Each coach brings their unique positive teaching styles to the table. My son absolutely loves all of the classes. The staff is able to make the kids feel confident, and everyone is so welcoming. Sometimes sports can get overwhelming or discouraging, but at Urban Youth Park, they have an amazing style that makes each child feel accomplished. It's the most positive atmosphere I have really ever seen in the "sports" world. We absolutely love this place and it has become our home away from home. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work and dedication in teaching our kids respect, friendship, positive self worth, and most of all the love for Parkour!!
