The Woodlands Campus is Upper Peninsula Bible Camp's smaller second site, on Little Lake two miles from its Main Campus outside Marquette. It holds about 64 people in camper cabins, with a chapel, dining hall, recreation building and fields, and its own waterfront. Woodlands hosts UPBC's older-youth programs, including Adventure 13, Adventure 14 and Serve 15.

The camp director, Matt Soules, is incredible. He’s also hilarious, genuinely loves Jesus, and leads the camp with both excellence and integrity. You can tell he cares deeply about making sure everything is God-honoring, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. His leadership shows in every detail of how the camp is run. The camp itself is beautiful and well-maintained. There are so many great activities: fishing right on the lake, places to relax and pray, and an awesome chapel for worship and teaching. The food is always freshly cooked and really well done, which just adds to the experience. What really makes it special, though, is the people. The staff and volunteers are kind, welcoming, and intentional. You feel it the moment you arrive. My family and I have been going to camp since 2024, but we’ve known the Soules family since 2012, and it’s become a place we genuinely look forward to every time. It’s absolutely worth the drive. Once you get there, you don’t want to leave.
