Upper Keys Youth Lacrosse League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit at 172 Park Ave, Tavernier, serving Key Largo, Tavernier and Islamorada. It welcomes athletes of all abilities from ages 3 to 14, including Special Olympics athletes in its middle and high school divisions, and describes itself as the area's first non-pay-to-play lacrosse program. The league teaches lacrosse skills alongside sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability and respect, and feeds players into the Coral Shores High School men's and women's lacrosse programs. It runs seasonal league play rather than a summer camp.
