Update: One Year Later This was my second year in a row at Up a Creek, and once again this place did not disappoint! It’s a big, fun space with everything you need for a seamless event. From the moment I arrived, the team helped me unload, set up, and stay on track—truly operating like top-notch event planners in a top-notch party facility. A huge shout-out to Courtlynn! ⭐️She was unreal! Her natural leadership, calm presence, and ability to anticipate exactly what needed to be taken care of made the whole experience flow effortlessly. She guided me with such professionalism and expertise that I never once had to worry. Up a Creek clearly hires the best of the best. Their staff’s level of care and skill sets this venue apart. I am so grateful for their support and could not recommend this place more highly. This venue is hands-down the best!! Original Review (Last Year) We just celebrated the best birthday party ever at Up the Creek (Hampton Cove)! Everything went smoothly, and both kids and adults had a blast. The facility was perfect, allowing everyone to enjoy their time. The kids loved rock climbing, surfing, the bouncy house, and the treehouse. I was surprised to see how skilled some of the kids were! My son had never rock climbed before, and Asher was fantastic, supporting him and the others with safety gear. My son even played air hockey with his grandmother, making it clear that everyone was having a great time. Before guests arrived, Jessica and Asher helped us set up everything, including hors d’oeuvres and hanging the banner. The venue felt like a home away from home, with an open layout and plenty of seating. We brought in our own food and drinks, and Pizza Hut delivered right on time! Jessica suggested it was a great time to sing Happy Birthday, perfectly timed as my son was eager to play more. After lighting the candles, she helped gather everyone’s attention, allowing my husband and me to enjoy the moment. When I instinctively picked up the cupcakes to pass them out, Jessica kindly encouraged me to put them down and enjoy the celebration instead, which meant a lot. Jessica and Asher were incredible! They helped unload, set up, and ran the party with an organized routine that made everything seamless. Their cleanup was just as efficient—they quickly loaded everything back into the car, allowing us to wrap up and say goodbyes stress-free. Several parents told me how much fun they had, even joking about chipping in to extend the party! One mom texted me that her son said, "Mommy, Did you know that party was so much fun!?" My son echoed the same sentiment in the car, and my husband and I both agreed—we had a blast. As an educator, I can confidently say this place is gold! It was worth every penny, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Up the Creek provided a top-quality experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for the perfect party venue. What a fantastic day to remember!

We had a fantastic party for our daughter here. The staff, Tabi and Haley, were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and that the kids were playing safely. The place was very clean, and they wore gloves to serve our cake. I highly recommend scheduling a party here for your little ones to run, climb and play! Thanks girls for making it an easy night for us parents!

Had my daughters 4th Birthday party here. We had an amazing experience, the staff was great! Very helpful and did very good with all the kids at the party! You get the whole building to yourself which worked perfect for our loud bunch. Customer service before party was great too! I always stress about hosting a party but the staff definitely stepped up and helped me which made the party more enjoyable for me! Definitely recommend!

Up a Creek was great choice for my sons 4 year old party. Great size for a group of about 15 kids and two hour is the perfect time frame for play, rock wall, surfing, eating and cake. We did Domnios which is easy just right across the street.

Pretty fun place for the kids. It is a little small inside, but has enough to keep the kids entertained for about an hour. We attended a special party. The staff was friendly. Can't comment on the prices as our admission was part of the event.
