Multicultural community center in Normal serving youth from families with limited resources, running a themed summer camp in partnership with University of Illinois Extension. During the school year the center runs an after-school enrichment program for 30 K–5 students and five 6th–12th graders, with eligibility tied to HUD income guidelines.
