It’s unfortunate that this place has gone from being awesome to completely neglected… the owner promised a lot of changes were made when we resigned back up for classes because we quit due to stale teaching and lack of energy. where’s all the new improved equipment, where are the coaches who actually care about teaching the kids new things. I see a lot of coaches standing around eating while having the kids do the same boring stuff every week with nothing new implemented by the end of the classes. Charging more & giving less is wrong, hopefully changes do happen cause it has alot of potential being wasted currently

We cant thank Samantha, Brianna & the rest of the staff enough for providing a safe, interactive fun learning environment. Friday naps always go a little longer! Unclean, Unstructured, and Lacking Leadership. We had a very disappointing experience with the Shooting Stars program. While it’s marketed as an invitation-only, serious commitment, what we encountered was a lack of structure, poor communication, and disengaged coaching. Coaches often appeared uninterested, frequently left younger kids unsupervised, and on multiple occasions, ate or socialized during class time. There was no notice when coaches were absent, and new instructors were never introduced. Our 4-year-old daughter along with other younger girls of the class, were often left out or ignored, and only thrived when finally given proper attention. One coach brought energy and engagement during a rare fill-in session, which highlighted what had been missing all along. Sadly, we felt the program was not what we signed up for, and withdrew due to these ongoing issues. Would not recommend based on our experience. I have uploaded a photo of the head coach eating on the floor in front of the 4-6 year old shooting stars class. Happened often, mostly Dunkin Donuts. Side note: Ryder is so sweet and amazing with the little ones!!
