First day UFC gym got my wallet, my Lil Brother's wallet and my car keys stolen. Definitely not going back to the gym. You could tell nobody there gave a shit. Only thing the employees did was call the cops, and make jokes about the situation. Only one that seemed to be taking anything serious was the security guy. Even when the cops got there, they couldn't give them any footage or anything because there was no manager on duty. It was 730 at night. Makes no sense why a manager wouldn't be there. Great first day experience at the UFC gym Update: UFC gym will not cooperate with the police investigation. Nor will they provide any of the camera evidence. Detective said that she’s never had them cooperate with any investigation. UFC gym doesn’t care about you or your property or your safety. They just want your money.

This gym is absolutely disgusting. Every single morning I come in, it looks like this — water leaking onto the floors, puddles everywhere (serious slip hazards), overflowing trash cans, dirty bathrooms, and clearly no consistent cleaning being done. The locker rooms are just as bad — broken doors, poor maintenance, and overall neglect. It feels like nobody is taking care of this place. And they charge $150 for a “premium” membership? This is a joke. I have attached photos, and I will be posting them across Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and every platform I can find so future members know exactly what they’re signing up for. I cancelled my membership today. Worst gym experience I’ve had.

I went to this gym for over 3 years. I paid thousands of dollars in membership fees despite the 45 min to 1 hour parking wait time. Recently had to quit the gym over $40 dollars in predatory fees that has been explained incorrectly to me for months from various employees behind the desk. I had also been in the day before and asked the employee behind the desk to delete my debit card and gave her another card to use which would be easier for me to dispute more predatory fees. Well after revoking authorization for my debit card the next day my card was used. The manager was finally able to explain things correctly to me when I complained. When I wasn’t ready to accept said answer the manager showed a level of restraint in her attitude that reflected one of a new young employee. I had also paid for the month but apparently when you cancel your membership it is instantly revoked, so if you do decide to quit you’ll have to double pay for another gym. But hey I guess $40 dollars in fees is worth the loss of almost a $1000 a year in membership fees. Great business model for I should also add that my friend also quit this gym due attitude from the managers. Save your money and go place else with more professional management, your just a number at this gym. Fully waiting for the standard response given to every other complaint on here

At 71 years old with ongoing lower-back issues, I wanted to lose weight safely while maintaining and hopefully gaining muscle and strength . Working with Coach Jean Bukoski has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. She designs training that is thoughtful, safe, and effective, but just as importantly, she brings positivity, support, and encouragement to every session. I always looked forward to our workouts because she makes you feel capable and cared for. Coach Jean isn’t just there for you in the gym, she’s truly invested in your success and well-being every step of the way. Choosing a personal trainer is a very personal decision, but I honestly believe anyone would benefit from training with her. I can’t recommend Coach Jean highly enough.

I highly recommend UFC Honolulu, and Coach Jean in particular—she is truly exceptional at what she does. I began working with Coach Jean following my rotator cuff and bicep tear (shoulder) surgery. During a time when I couldn’t train the way I normally would, she encouraged me to stay active and positive, which made a huge difference both mentally and physically. That motivation was invaluable during my recovery. Once I was released from my sling and cleared by my doctor to train legs (five weeks post-operation), Jean welcomed me as a client. Over the next six weeks, she demonstrated incredible creativity and expertise, designing effective workouts with smart, safe workarounds. We started with lower-body training and gradually progressed into more full-body work as my recovery allowed—all while ensuring I felt confident and protected throughout the process. I also committed to following her nutrition plan, and the results truly spoke for themselves. Jean explained that clients who are open to nutrition guidance see the best outcomes, and she was absolutely right. Throughout our training and nutrition plan, I lost 8 pounds total—while still feeling strong, supported, and energized. Coach Jean has the rare ability to push you toward your full potential while making sure you feel genuinely cared for. She consistently checked in on how I was feeling, monitored fatigue levels, and adjusted both training and nutrition as needed. Her attention to detail and commitment to her clients truly sets her apart. I’ve already encouraged several coworkers to work with her, and I sincerely hope more people get the opportunity to experience such a caring, results-driven coach. She is the perfect balance of motivation, accountability, expertise, and heart. The photos I’m sharing include workouts she designed (I jokingly called her “MacGyver” 😄) as well as my weekly check-in photos, which she used to track my progress and fine-tune my plan along the way.
