Powered by GoogleAs previous reviews have stated, trying to cancel your membership is a nightmare. I requested a cancellation in December of 2024 but did not receive a response until I contacted them again in January 2025. At that point, they provided a cancelation form to submit. Therefore, they used January as the date I submitted the request so they could charge us for an additional month. I haven't argued about that, even though I have an email, which I have provided in further communication, dated December 2024. Then they continued to charge for another two months beyond that. One was refunded in their system before the debit came out, but one was not. It has been 1.5 years since I requested to cancel my membership, and they continue to give the run around about issuing a refund.
Very nice Community Center, friendly staff, tons of programs. Healthy options from the concession. Classes available. Kids are excited about summer visits to the pool.
The facilities and programming are nice, although you’ll pay for it. However, you’ll get the run-around once you try to cancel your membership. If you call and tell them you need to talk to the member director about canceling your membership, they’ll always take a message and then not return your call. My wife had to pretend to be interested in a new membership to get a hold of the member director to actually cancel. We submitted the paperwork to cancel our membership two months before the deadline. They stopped charging us the membership fee but still charged us the $25 food and beverage minimum. I’ve called about it, been told the general manager will refund it - it hasn’t been refunded and I imagine I’ll have to call again or show up to get this taken care of. Can’t recommend for that reason. UPDATE: More than 2 weeks later, we still have not received our money back.
Tyler Racquet Club is a vibrant, well‑maintained facility perfect for all skill levels. Aerin and Rob run a tight ship! With both indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, a full gym, AstroTurf field, and a resort‑style pool, there’s something for everyone. The staff is friendly, fitness classes are complimentary, and junior programs are strong. Membership delivers excellent value. Come for the pickleball- stay for the pool!
Great swimming place! Plenty of fun for kids. Has a very good area for smaller children as well as a good area for good swimmers. Rope swing and slide attraction. Swimming lanes for exercise. Inside has a gym and bar area as well as food. There’s a tennis court and soccer area as well. Nice and clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. You have to be a member to get it or be a guest of a member. Overall great place and lots of fun. Thanks!!
