Tukwila Parks & Recreation runs Camp Tukwilly out of the Tukwila Community Center, a riverside facility on the Duwamish. Campers do classic camp games and crafts, weekly swimming at the Tukwila Pool, park trips and field trips around greater Seattle. Sessions run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - a half-day program - for children entering grades K-5, with a separate camp for grades 6-8.

★★★★★Laura EWonderful place of community place children and families in Tukwila. My son started out as a shy 5 year old. By the end of the year you could see the confidence and friendships he made and the mentoring he got from the staff. Now at 12 he is serving the community by volunteering and helping out there. We also love the building and the park areas at TCC. They have concerts in the summer for kids and a water sprinkler that the kids love. My son absolutely loves the teen program in the summer and is looking forward to it this upcoming year. They have some really dedicated staff members we have known there for years. Looking forward to another year!

I thank all of them though for being there to help the needed out. A shower is appreciated regardless where it comes from. Today it was scolding hot almost too hot to shower but I wasn't missing a shower so I dealt with it. Thank you

Anytime I show up there's always teenagers playing basketball or baseball or families playing soccer. I normally go in for a club meeting once a month and it's always clean for the most part and if it's not, the staff is ready to clean up and bring whatever is necessary. The staff is highly involved with the youth and with their positions it's not like a job for them. It's like a calling and I respect them for that. I forget the main guy's name but he is one of the most polite and kind and encouraging men that there is in the state. If you're looking for a place for your club or for your meeting, I would highly recommend this location.
★Stacie Mollie Pielago-QuonWe’ve been sitting here for a while waiting for the water to turn on. Then when it does it’s only on for 10 seconds. When you call the community center they tell you to “push the buttons on the pole.” Uhm excuse me sir there’s no buttons on these poles. The area is nice, there’s shade and plenty of space to sit, but if you’re going to have a spray park here, at least have a proper functioning one.
