Absolutely zero communication with parents, we have given them our emails and phone numbers multiple times and they never inform us of anything but they sure remember to make sure to take the money out of my account every month. My daughter's class is always 5pm-630pm. For some reason it is 645pm-9pm today. No word of this to us at all. Her dress rehearsal is on a Tuesday at 9am. Hello, some people work for a living. So frustrating.

It's felt impossible to get ahold of anyone and find good communication. They had themed days that my daughter was disappointed to be left out of because I had no idea about them. I tried signing up for the email list and never got anything. They told me to check their social media, but it wasn't posted there, either. I tried calling to figure out what I was doing wrong and never got a call back. Their registration is not online so I can't figure out how to sign up for classes. Plus, on the same page in one spot it says that their registration fee is $25 and another says that it is $30, so I can't find accurate information. The days that my daughter went she seemed to come out happy and when I am able to talk to someone they have been nice, but as a parent it has been disappointing and confusing to work with them.
