Tucson Village Farm is a University of Arizona Cooperative Extension working farm that runs more than 30 summer day camps for youth ages 5–18. Programs span farm immersion and gardening, culinary and science camps, and arts such as ceramics, plus offerings like sailing and river-rafting, grouped by age band. Partial and full scholarships are available each summer.

★★★★★L MLove the Wednesday market. Their cookies are SO good, and everything else that they make is incredible. In the fall, they had pumpkin spice oat cream sandwich cookies and pumpkin tiramisu that were out of this world. The veggie samosas and cowboy caviar that I had at yesterday's market were absolutely incredible. I hope they make those things again in the future. Part of me wishes that they made more cookies because I would buy them by the dozen. But then I wouldn't fit into my pants. Lol! :)
★★★★★Sarah WinfieldThis place is amazing! The kind of place that makes you believe community still exists. It has everything! It's clear that every detail has been carefully planned and organized. I attended a preschool class and it was handled so well by the instructors. They taught well, maintained order, and really engaged the children. There's a lot of value in kids seeing and experiencing where their food comes from, and I'm glad there's a place for that in our community. It also teaches them that farming thrives on teamwork and community involvement. We visited the chicken coop, and I got lots of ideas for how to improve my own coop at home. I was impressed by the selection of produce available for sale, and amazed by the broad scope of classes and activities offered here! I'm excited to visit more often and experience all this farm has to offer.

★GabiI came last Saturday. I heard about them on instagram. They stated that there would be up to 60 pounds of produce for a donation of 10$. I came and paid 20$ in hopes for good produce that I could bring home to my family. The entrance volunteers were nice and gave us two bags of pretzels( which I noticed were expired once I got home). As we arrived to receive the produce , food was placed in our trunk along with some other food items they added. I took a quick look at my trunk afterwards and saw that it was very short of the amount they promised. When I came up to one of the servers and asked about it, they were dismissive and unfriendly. I got home and began to put some of the items away and noticed that more than half was expired and already rotting!! Very disappointed with the outcome. I understand this might have been a donation but who wants to pay 20$ for spoiled and expired items? I hope they are more clear and open about what is expected of what they are providing. If you do plan to come to the Saturday events please check your items thoroughly before leaving!
