Powered by GoogleMy girls have been going to TSL aftercare for a couple of years now, and we couldn’t be happier. They always look forward to going, and as a parent, that’s everything. Communication from the staff has been excellent, clear, consistent, and best of all responsive!! We’ve never had a single complaint. It’s been a great experience all around.
TSL New Karner has been a life saver for our family. After my daughter spent her first 2.5 years at an in home daycare with family and friends, the need to find somewhere else to go and trust was one of the hardest things we were faced with since having her. We were lucky to have been referred to this center. The change was very hard for my daughter and the staff there was nothing short of amazing in helping her transition and put us as parents at ease. The smaller center really allows you to get to know all of the staff and teachers who move throughout the classrooms and I can’t say enough good things about all of them. The teachers are so great with the kids and the smaller class sizes really allows your child to build that relationship and trust as well as work so closely with all of them throughout the day. It really feels like one big family there and that’s just what we needed!
TSL has been a wonderful place for us. My son loved going there and every morning he was welcomed by warm smiles. His teacher, Ms. Tamika always took care of him with big love and care. Also she supported me tremendously when I went through difficult times. I felt TSL kids crew had my back like a family and I will miss our time there. Also there’s a picture day and kid’s get to be taken pictures professionally and these prints are our treasures. There was a big day Mother’s Day celebration and there was a sense of community. My son also enjoyed running around their big gym!
My daughter has been with TSL Troy for a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and environment. All of the teachers are wonderful and do the smallest and biggest things to make the children (and parents) smile. Our child often comes home with many pleasant surprises – gifts, artwork, even her hair done (thanks, Cachet!). I especially love the activities she partakes in during the day. Our daughter will definitely be here as long as time permits. I highly recommend.
My daughter has been attending this daycare for the past year and I couldn’t be more pleased. As a first time mom, it was nerve wracking to trust my daughter to anyone’s care. I was quickly put at ease by Kimberly Smith and Kim Berry’s care for her. They went above and beyond to ensure her transition to daycare was a smooth one. Additionally, they made requests of me to ensure my little one’s schedule matched her schedule at daycare. The lines of communication are always open and I appreciate the many updates throughput the day (what brings the baby joy, areas of concern, permission to feed certain items, etc. ). The staff’s care for my child is very evident, which means a lot. Additionally, they do all they can to keep the children engaged, learning, and advancing their skills. I appreciate seeing the photos of my one year old engaging in the activities and seemingly happy with her friends and teachers. I wholeheartedly recommend TSL. My daughter appreciates them and so do I!
