They are very attentive to our children's needs and are very flexible with our busy work schedules. It is also a plus that their staff has experience working with children with special needs which was a dire need for us. The Director, Peter, was also very helpful in the process of getting our children registered and sends helpful reminders when a holiday break is coming up to ensure they have a slot. We only made the very difficult choice to switch daycares due to location and getting a spot at the daycare on-site at my employer. Our child transitioned through 3 separate rooms throughout his time there and all staff members were professional, attentive, and really cared about our son. Our older two sons attended vacation camps and also loved it. Their communication is outstanding via the Brightwheel app. They are the perfect mix of a "by the book" daycare center, following all OCFS regulations, while also providing personalized care to the kids. Overall, our experience with TSL and its staff was outstanding and I would highly recommend it.
