I train here 3 days a week. The staff is great. The trainers (Sam, Dwight, and Ronnie) really care about your progress and overall well being. They train almost all ages. Sports primarily being football and basketball. They don't ask you to do anything that they aren't willing or capable of doing themselves, and they often do the workouts with us. Very affordable and their program actually works.
