The lack of communication and overall unprofessionalism from this organization has been extremely disappointing. There has been little to no communication from the coach, leaving parents frustrated when questions about the practice and game schedule go unanswered. To make matters worse, parents who stepped up to volunteer their time and help coach the kids, because the head coach was nowhere to be found on scheduled practice and game days, were reprimanded by the office staff instead of appreciated. The organization shows a clear lack of leadership, and even the paid referees often seem unfamiliar with — or indifferent to — the game itself. Unfortunately, the problems don’t stop there. We will never support this organization again and will tell everyone we know to avoid this club!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wife called multiple times about a refund I called once talked to Kristi 30 sec.no explanation no have a good day she took it personal that I asked about my own hard earned money. Failed to provide my daughter with a team for weeks now. With organization like this I'll make sure my other kid doesn't repeat next year here again. Only care bout money no customer service whatsoever. Take your money Dear Parents and put it into an association that cares about your kid. P.S IF it wasn't for the Awesome volunteer coach my boy is playing with now I'd pull him as well.

To say we are disappointed with this group doesn’t really paint an accurate picture. We were excited to enroll our child into this program this year, however should have gone with our gut when they didn’t return inquiry phone calls or emails; we had seen some reviews up to this point but had discounted those as one off experiences-NO- this seems to be the experience for all. This group charges a very large fee to be a player, uniforms additional, pictures additional and so far all we’ve received is a huge headache! We refuse to call this group an organization because to be one you’d have to be organized- they have Incomplete teams, teams without coaches, other teams with a couple dozen players because of the lack of coaches and no volunteers to set up fields. After seeing the lack of response to all requests for more volunteers our best guess is everyone else is tired of it too. When you pay nearly $200 to begin playing, you expect there will be some benefit, if you raise concerns you don’t expect the office staff member (Kristy) to call and try to blame it on the volunteer coaches (teenagers usually) that it’s their fault they don’t have a team. We’ve been left with no choice but to question the integrity, honesty and accounting practices of this group! One does not doubt it takes a lot to coordinate the season, but one does have to wonder why it isn’t being done better.

Absolutely awesome! My younger son played his first year and loves it so much. Now we are signing him up for his second year, and his older brother wanted to sign up as well. Fun times and great for the kids.
