★★Emileigh BrackenridgeThe building is run down, the coaches are unfit and lazy, and the whole experience has been unsatisfactory. Time and money wasted. My daughter attended weekly classes, and it was the same exact routine every week. The kids learned nothing new. Coach Mimi seemed annoyed and unable to control the small class of toddlers. She often allowed her daughter to come along (which would have been okay if she actually participated instead of running around doing whatever she wants.) It’s not fair for 3 year old children to be disciplined for becoming distracted and off task because they’re wanting the freedom to run around too. Her daughter was not once disciplined. When Coach Mimi is absent, there’s a noticeable change in demeanor in the whole class and they actually learn under Coach Jenna. I don’t want to bash the business entirely, especially when Coach Jenna tried to be as accommodating as possible, but there’s definitely many flaws that need to be addressed. I ultimately pulled my daughter out of classes at TOPGUN and just wanted to share my experience.
